Medical data for a better life with heart insufficiency

No quod sanctus instructior ius, et intellegam interesset duo. Vix cu nibh gubergren dissentias. His velit veniam habemus ne. No doctus neglegentur vituperatoribus est, qui ad ipsum oratio. Ei duo dicant facilisi, qui at harum democritum consetetur.

Within the framework of the use case Cardiology medical data from patients with heart insufficiency are consolidated in medical data integration centers. The analysis of these data will be used to recognize symptomatic progression among high-risk patients. This in turn will contribute to reduced long-term hospital treatment, a reduction of the mortality rate and an improvement in the quality of life of the individual patient. During the podcast the medical informatician Caroline Bönisch and the clinical data steward Tanja Zeppernick talk about their different tasks during the collection and consolidation of those data.

The podcast is part of the HiGHmed work package ‘Teaching and Training’, where digital learning modules are being developed for different working groups in the field of medical informatics.
