On Wednesday, 21 September 2022, a CAEHR workshop took place in Göttingen, which served to dovetail the sub-project work - between the HiGHmed Association as the main responsible party for public relations and representatives of the Georg-August University of Göttingen, who contribute to the topic of sustainability with their great expertise from the Digital Health Research Group.

Background:

For the Digital Advancement Hub CAEHR (https://www.highmed.org/de/caehr), the work package "Publication and Exploitation" is developing a sustainability concept in order to continue to exploit project developments and project results after the funding period has ended.

Prof. Dr. Lutz Kolbe (Chair of Information Management), Dr. Maike Greve (Head of the Digital Health Research Group) and Aycan Aslan (PhD student) took part in this meeting from Göttingen. The HiGHmed team present on site consisted of Stefan Becker (Managing Director HiGHmed e.V.), Anna-Maria Zierenberg (Project Manager for Digital Health at HiGHmed e.V.) and Eva König (HiGHmed Manager for Communication & Public Relations).

In addition to the thematic focus on CAEHR, this first personal get-together including a small guided tour of the city (after various virtual meetings) was a welcome hook to also talk about the potential of further cooperation.

Both cooperation partners have agreed on their task portfolio for the coming months. In addition to follow-up meetings at working level, another exchange in presence is planned for spring 2023. The HiGHmed Association is looking forward to returning the favour for the warm stay in Göttingen.
