Are you interested in the fundamentals of openEHR?
We offer clear and accessible insights into key concepts such as archetypes, templates, and modules. Discover how openEHR creates a sustainable and interoperable data foundation by separating domain knowledge from technical implementation.

Co-Creation & Community

Professionals from medicine, nursing, IT, and related fields are invited to actively contribute to the modeling of archetypes, templates, and modules. Via our contact page, you can join the German openEHR Modeling Group (GoEMG) and help shape the ongoing development of the openEHR standard.

Developments within the HiGHmed Consortium

As part of the HiGHmed consortium, innovative applications based on openEHR are being developed. Learn more about key projects such as:

  • EHR-show  – Demonstrations showcasing the use of interoperable health data,
  • EHR-network  – Infrastructure for secure data exchange across a distributed European network (expected by the end of 2025)
